Freefunds Verified Direct™ (FVD™)
Loffa Interactive Group's Freefunds Verified Direct™ (FVD™) system provides Executing, Correspondent and Custodian Brokers with the ability to electronically supervise the completion, centralization, storage, and retrieval of all DVP/COD Letter of Free Funds pursuant to SEC Regulation T 220-8 (C) (2).
The Web-application is accessible from any location via a secure portal and allows firms to manage their Free Funds Letters remotely, from multiple locations, while still maintaining supervisory oversight. The secure application also assists in the the compliance of SEC 17a-4, by easily retrieving all stored letters and images, as required.
