Management Team

Mr. Roth is the National Sales Director for Loffa Interactive. In this role, he is responsible for directing our firm’s strategic growth and is responsible for all aspects of the sales unit’s initiatives.

Prior to joining Loffa Interactive, Mr. Roth was the National Sales Manager for Cameron Financial Group where he built the sales department focusing on consultative sales management skills. He has over 17 years experience in the securities markets working in operations, client services, project management, audit/risk assessment, and sales.

Mr. Roth’s previous positions have included Senior Manager of the Prime Broker division and Senior Project Manager of the Service, Design & Integration Team for Charles Schwab and Co, Inc. He was responsible for the creation and process redesigns of the Prime Broker and DVP/RVP division within Schwab Institutional and the lead project manager for his department to lead the T+3 initiative. Mr. Roth worked as the Global Operations Supervisor for Nicholas Applegate’s Managed Account department where his group processed and verified settlement of over 1 Million transactions pr/mth utilizing about 10 different Sponsor trading platforms including (APL, Advent and GIMII). This group worked with 49 trading desks supporting over 24,000 ‘managed accounts’.

Mr. Roth holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from Arizona State University and a MBA from the University of Phoenix. He has held his NASD Series 7 and 8 licenses.

As SVP of Operations & Marketing, Mr. Quadt is responsible for managing Loffa Interactive’s business support functions including marketing, research, project management, , client integration/support, vendor and partner relations, and day-to-day operational functions.

Prior to joining Loffa Interactive, Mr. Quadt worked in a variety of roles with the Cigna Corporation including Marketing & Communications, Claim Management, Human Resources, and Operations. Mr. Quadt was very involved in the launching of several limited-benefit medical insurance products such as Starbridge Select, Starbridge Choices, Crew Select, and Fundamental Care

Mr. Quadt holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Arizona and is also an Arizona-licensed Real Estate Agent.

Mr. Yax is our Chief Information Officer and is responsible for managing Loffa's technical direction and leads Loffa's staff of Information Technology professionals in maintaining the Corporate Development and Production envrionments.

Prior to joining Loffa Interactive, Mr. Yax was the Chief Technical Officer of an IT firm located in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, he was instrumental in the growth of the company by working to certify the organization in SAS-70 and SOX.

Mr. Yax is a certified Microsoft Engineer with exceptional Security, Communication, Unix, and Cisco skills.
